    Hi Everyone,
     
    As I'm sure you can understand, my team has many various activities involved in the global support of Windows Live Mail technologies (Hotmail, controlling Inbound/Outbound SPAM, and Live Mail).  Many of you come to this blog in search of answers and to add your comments.  I wanted to take this time to let you know that we DO monitor your comments from this blog and feed them back to the product group.  Your voices on our blog help shape a better Hotmail!
     
    To further expand our involvement with you; beginning Friday, April 18, 2008 we will be actively participating in the English newsgroups at the Microsoft Discussion boards.  We will be monitoring and responding to the following groups:

    I'm using Outlook 2007 and a hotmail account that I've had for years. Recently, I decided to break down and install Windows Vista. I installed the Outlook Connector so that I could sync Outlook and my hotmail account. Outlook downloaded most of the e-mail but refuses to finish what it started. Can't seem to get it to budge. Lately, I decided to start using IE 8. It can't seem to get past the "working on request" message. Firefox Beta 3 has no problem with this. Seems that Microsoft would have a much better chance at writing software that interfaces with their own products, services, etc. I'm a bit perplexed by it all. Who is doing the quality control on these things? Let me do it...

    I received your email this morning regarding my email problem.  I was unable to discribe my problem accurately on your form.  My ID # is 1065940660.  I cannot respond to your email because I cannot send or forward any emails although I can receive.  I do not get an error message.  The system just seems to be hung up.  You recommended I install a Fiddler Trace File.  I need help doing this can someone call me as I cannot respond to any of your messages.

    While Live Mail does a great job already, it would be fantastic if you guys could improve CSS support in Live Hotmail so many emails aren't garbled and hard to read. We've outlined a list of exactly what improvements you need to make here.
