I just wanted to provide an update for the Safari users out there - we're still working on making a permenant fix to prevent you from having to jump through the below hoops to access your Live Hotmail account. We have not forgotten you and we should have an update in the next few weeks.

 

 

The root cause of this issue has been identified. Until it is fixed, simply logging in via www.msn.com will allow you to login and out of your Hotmail inbox  without having to take the extra steps to empty your cache and clear your cookies. There isn't a simple 'code fix' for this issue - it's a matter of migrating all customers from back-end to another, and that's going to take a few months to do.

 

The clear cache/remove cookies option will stay here as a final work around for anyone who experiences login failures through msn.com.
